"My son had hit a deer after a 3 hour drive from Rochester MN and when Progressive made it only about them and how it would affect them afyer 2 hours of that we found Randy and he was Awesome! He got there before insurance even activated for a tow truck. Late at night and swarmed with mosquitoes he kept a smile the whole time. Highly recommend. Thank you."

He was very polite and accommodating.
My leaf spring on my boat trailer broke. He skillfully loaded the trailer on his flatbed and launched the boat in the lake with the trailer still on the flatbed!
