"I got stuck in my driveway during terrible road conditions and called for a tow, honestly not expecting anyone to make it out so quickly. Mike arrived incredibly fast despite the conditions and was friendly, calm, and patient from the moment he showed up. Mike did not hesitate to jump in and help shovel and work with me until my car was completely safely in the garage.
