"Smoked a deer outside of hayward about 830pm on Friday, had to call for a tow. I'm really glad I called A-1, not only was Tony super nice, but actually reccomended a different company that suited my needs better. Other company didnt work out, so I called Tony back and he was at my location in under 30 min and knew all the repair shop options for my truck cause I'm from outta town, and then even brought me back to town after dropping off my truck so i didn't have to wait for my ride in the cold! 10/10 experience last night after an unfortunate incident, would recommend them to anyone!!"

"Being in the Hayward area and suddenly needing a tow truck, I talked to Randy and Tony. Both were very professional and understood customer service makes or breaks a company. I had an hour ride back with Tony and we had a great conversation the entire time. I have never been called "Sir" more than in that hour. Great people make the company at this business and that is coming from someone who owns a small business."

"We were almost 4 hours from home when our car broke down. Not only did they get to us in under 30 mins, they gave us a ride to town so we could wait for our ride to get us. Fast, friendly, and incredibly professional. Would highly recommend."
